Cooking Advice: Roasts should be cooked slowly in either a double roasting tin or in a tin covered in foil. Rub the roast with a little oil or marinade and season before putting into the tin. Add about 1/2 to 1 pint of water and cover. Cook in a low oven (approx 150° degrees).
