Avruga Endive Recipe
Slices of smoked salmon on endive leaves, topped with crème fraîche and Avruga
Ingredients:
15 endive leaves 125g smoked salmon 140 ml crème fraîche 55g Avruga
Method:
Cut off the endive stalk and carefully separate each leaf. Add a slice of smoked salmon to each, top with a little crème fraîche and a teaspoon of Avruga. Serve immediately.
