1. When I order online, are my details secure?
We now use Sage Pay Secure payment processing which, when paying refers you to an external secure site so that we never even see your card details.

2. When sending to Europe, how does the fish stay fresh?
All of our deliveries when being sent are packaged in strong and thermally efficient boxes with ice which will ensure that the produce we send arrives in excellent condition.

3. Where does your Salmon come from?
All of our Smoked Salmon originates from Scotland, whether Farmed, Organic or Wild.

4. If I have special delivery requirements will you accomodate them?
At Ardtaraig we will endeavour to accomodate your particular requirements, please call us if you have particular questions or requirements on 01292 521000

5. How will my order be sent?
We have various methods of delivery for our products:
Our fish products other than Wild Salmon are generally sent via the Royal Mail
Wild Salmon is sent with UPS due to the value of the goods.
All Hampers are sent using either CITY LINK or UPS
Venison products are sent using Business Post
All Oyster related products are sent using UPS
