Our Red Wine and Cheese Board are the perfect food and wine combination for family, friends or colleagues. Enjoy this lovely Merlot which displays intense fruit aromas of plum, blackcurrants and bramleberry fruit complimented by a soft sweet vanilla background. Soft tannins and well balanced acidity give good length and persistence of flavour. The Shiraz has spicy, berry flavours complexed by a touch of mint, dominate this wine. The warm, ripe, savoury fruit results in a soft, rounded palate showing great length. Both wines complement the cheddar cheese from the Islands of Mull and Arran from the West Coast of Scotland.
