Superb hand crafted red with rich, mature fruit on the nose and palate with the classic hint of chocolate found in good Tempranillo. Oak ageing has added complexity and mellowness to the wine. Bottle of Beronia Crianza Rioja Reserva - Aged for 5 months in new oak barrels, the wine has a delicious full ripe character, with aromas of chocolate and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is full and rounded with a powerful finish. Bottle of J. Moreau & Fils Chablis - Very dry, crisp flinty wine with excellent fruit and acidity that is excellent with seafood. Bottle of Katherine Hills Viognier - This aromatic white displays wonderful aromas of peach and apricot with a touch of oak on the finish. Bottle of Robert Mondavi Private Selection Chardonnay - This ripe Chardonnay is absolutely delicious. It is full of ripe melon and tropical fruit aromas with a buttery, toasty oak finish.
