Shipping
and Handling: Within the United Kingdom,
small orders are sent either by 1st class
post and larger orders by a next day delivery
service dependent upon size and weight.
Delivery
Schedule: We normally dispatch your
order within 3 days of receipt between Mondays
and Thursdays and in the UK orders should
be received within 48 hours of dispatch.
Christmas gift orders are dispatched around
the 12th to 14th of December to arrive in
good time. Should you require a specific
delivery date please let us know.
Back
Orders: If your item is not in stock,
we will back order for you. You will always
be e-mailed with the option to cancel your
order if you would rather not wait.
Credit
Card Security: We know of no documented
cases of credit card fraud using our shopping
system over the Internet. All credit card
numbers are encrypted in the software when
the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.
They are only decrypted after they reach
our computer. They are not held in clear
text on any web site.

the right to return goods within 7 days
of receipt, free of charge and without explanation
for a full refund.
