Fresh Scottish Venison

Our Venison is supplied by a small family business that recognises the qualities and potential of this wonderful meat from the hills of Argyll in Scotland. Each individual carcass is hung according to age and weight to ensure that our final product is tender succulent and consistent.

Venison is a meat which has been under used by the British. This is however, now changing as people recognise the quality of this valuable wild meat which is extremely healthy (low fat & low cholesterol).
