Our Organic Smoked Salmon & Trout are grown at special low densities without antibiotics and using feed from sustainable sources which qualify them for organic standards set by the Organic Food Federation.

After smoking they have a firmer texture and more natural soft pink colour, making them the current favourite of many enthusiasts.
