We source your wild Scottish salmon from one the best-managed rivers in Scotland - the River North Esk which flows from Loch Lee in Glen Esk.

The wild salmon are caught using traditional Scottish fishing methods (net & cobble), which ensure the fish are always in superb condition.

The wild salmon is then smoked with Oak in a specialist smokehouse which brings out the flavour of the salmon. All sides are dispatched in a stylish gift box to ensure maximum impact.
